If you are not satisfied with your Gravity Decor purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of purchase*.
If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or arrived damaged, you can return it within the specified period above. Items that are damaged by the carriers must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the package. Customer is required to open received items and inspected within 24 hours of delivery Items must be returned in the original packages and packed the same way we shipped it to qualify for a refund. Customer pays for the cost of shipping and insurance of returned items, unless the item was received defective or wrong item was shipped.
Returning or Exchanging Items

To return or exchange an order: Include a copy of your invoice and RMA authorization email. Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Ship returns within 3 business days of receiving the return authorization.
